Lovely hotel and highly recommend for a night or two in Bournemouth. Stayed for 1 evening when visiting the Christmas market. Was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 to the Christmas market. We did get a taxi back in the evening but was just £6. Plus parking at the hotel is free. Staff were all very friendly especially the reception and waiter at breakfast. Breakfast was very good, full English was fantastic and continental options good. Only negative was mattress in our room 305 had a few lumps in it, probably springs so could do with being replaced. Otherwise room was cosy, clean and ideal for a short stay. Would stay next time 100% my first choice

My husband & I had a wonderful time, at this very lovely boutique hotel, in the town centre. Very clean, modern, and friendly efficient staff. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

1. Very welcoming, friendly and hospitable, making me and family comfortable 2. Good facilities including cosy food area, 3. Room were decent , clean and cosy. With coffee machine, iron and wardrobe. Bathroom tub also 3 . No Netflix, but boardgames you can take into the room
Came here for an afternoon tea and we had such friendly service along with delicious homemade cakes, sandwiches and scones, we are now stuffed. Highly recommend :)
The food was absolutely delicious. We were meeting a guest for an evening meal, we didn't realise that we'd have to book, the staff weren't very helpful, it seemed like we were a nuisance, a bit uncomfortable really, but as I said the food made up for that. The room was average.
We had an afternoon tea experience here and absolutely loved it! The food and service were very good. Nothing was to much trouble. The scones were home made and warmed in the oven, so much better than cold shop bought ones. Beautifully decorated, easy to park. Our only regret is we didn't stay at this hotel, we were at a different one which was no where near as nice.
